North End Community Ministry is a shared ministry whose mission is to provide practical assistance to those in need on the Northeast side of Grand Rapids.
North End Community Ministry has a vision for improving the quality of life for those we serve through providing 8 programs/services to our community neighbors in need.NECM was founded in 1971 with a primary focus of providing youth outreach programs.The shift from youth ministry to food related ministries at NECM came as a result of greater need and today, the Client Choice Food Pantry is one of NECM's largest services to the area it serves.
